Refunds are issued only if a manufacturing defect is identified in the product and returned in its original packaging. In certain circumstances, other issues may be considered for a refund and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

TRANSACTION FEE
All eligible refunds will incur a 3% deduction from the total amount to cover payment processing fees.
UNDELIVERED ORDERS
Refunds for undelivered orders will be considered but not guaranteed. Due to the custom nature of our orders, once an order is placed, it may not be returnable or resellable
